You will be adept at managing a multitude of technical issues, while ensuring your team is adhering to GBS service policies and upholding our standard of service excellence.
This role is responsible to ensure IT service tickets are addressed in a timely fashion and meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). This role will be a technical resource to IT HelpDesk Technicians and will be the primary point of contact for service ticket escalation when necessary.

Primary mode of communication is via phone and email so it is imperative your phone and email (written) communication skills match the importance placed upon a GBS Manager. This position is also responsible for diligent and accurate utilization of CRM software.
The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate the following technical knowledge – Server Virtualization (VMWare & HyperV), Firewall Configuration, Microsoft Servers & Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Exchange (current & previous versions), Routing and switching, VoIP System Administration, Wireless Switches Administration, SAN’s Administration. The chosen individuals will have a strong work ethic demonstrated through previous work and/or academic performance. Organizational and time-management skills as well as a logical approach to problem solving is a must have.
